The engineering department of GRAWE Immo Holding AG ensures that construction projects of any kind are developed, planned and subsequently implemented in such a way that the best possible cost-benefit ratio results for the end user. Our expertise is extensive, beginning with the acquisition of the properties or plots of land, the creation of profitability analyses and development studies, support with negotiating approval processes and bureaucratic hurdles, with obtaining permits, tendering and awarding processes, the actual building work with commissioned contractors, defect and warranty management and leasing activities involving the established property. The above applies both to residential and to complex office or commercial properties in equal measure. Our aim is to create not only user-oriented and bespoke but also flexible and future-oriented solutions, taking design quality into account.
