GRAWE Immo AG is the parent company of the real estate division and is responsible for the portfolio management of the GRAWE Real Estate Group in Austria and abroad.

This includes buying properties and buildings of the most different conditions, which are renovated when necessary, altered and converted and reintroduced to the market; generally GRAWE pursues a "buy and hold" strategy.

Development of small as well as large new-build projects, which are operationally handled and implemented by GRAWE's own technical department, is also considered a significant part of its work.

In certain cases project management for the realisation of construction projects is also done for external entities.

The three management board members Patrick Pongratz, Kristijan Agatic and Manfred Stranz are responsible for the entire real estate group.
